Your Gift Supports…

Community Programs
Each year more than 30,000 children benefit from our in-school educational programs. From education concerts and backstage tours to workshops and classroom visits, we are dedicated to igniting a passion for fine classical music in future generations.

Parks Concerts
Classical music and a warm summer's evening in the park unite when the orchestra comes to the people. Celebrating the community ideal with an annual series of free concerts, the Oregon Symphony in the Neighborhoods program brings classical and ethnic music, dance, art and related activities to Portland neighborhoods in conjunction with city-funded revitalization efforts.

Community Music Partnership
The show goes on the road to bring our music and educational programs to those who may not otherwise have local access to major cultural events. Audiences in Oregon communities and surrounding regions enjoy the unique opportunity to hear live symphonic performances in their hometown.

Concerts
300,000 people attend more than 140 annual performances. With concert programs exploring all musical styles, periods and genres, the Oregon Symphony demonstrates its commitment to providing music for everyone.
