Scheduling Your Visit
Select which concert(s) you would like to bring your class(es) to and reserve your seats online or using the concert order form (mailed Sept. 8, 2008). Payment is due 30 days prior to the concert(s). We will send you an invoice stating that we have received your registration and payment along with your Teacher's Guide and companion CD. Two weeks preceding the concert you will receive ticket and seating information, busing instructions, and an informational sheet detailing what to expect on the day of the concert.
Tickets
$2 per child for each Kinderkonzert or $8 for the entire season.
$3 per child for Young People's Concert
Free to students in the federal free and reduced lunch program
*Run for the Arts funding can be used to purchase tickets and cover busing
Tickets will be available online on July 1, 2008.
Chaperones
All chaperones will be admitted free, one chaperone is required for every 10 students.
Payment
Pay by one check (payable to the Oregon Symphony) or purchase order for the entire group when mailing your order. If you plan to use Run for the Arts funds, check the box on the order form. Orders will be filled on a first-paid, first-served basis. No Refunds.
